Responsibilities include: + Handle customer inquiries and resolve any insurance service or product issues and concerns. + Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to the customers' queries in a prompt and empathetic manner. + Understand customers' needs and guide them through the variety of our health insurance products. + Provide information about medical claims, policy benefits, and service technicalities. + Maintain and update customer information as necessary. + Work with other team members to ensure comprehensive customer service. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health insurance, is a plus.
