Job DescriptionWe are seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join the team and assist customers in reducing or paying off outstanding debts. You will provide collection support for government clients, including taxes, traffic citations, parking tickets, and tolls, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining a large volume of inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and setting up payment plans. Apply today to take the next step in your career!
Responsibilities:• Provide collection support for government clients, taxes, traffic citations, parking tickets, and tolls
• Professionally handle calls while maintaining both client and firm’s standards
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls
• Resolve disputes and collect balances or set up payment plans
Qualifications and Requirements:• Previous call center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bilingual in English and other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese  preferred
