Our client, a leading call center is seeking Bilingual French Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative, you will support clienst in emergency situations and provide service solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage stress effectively, and a compassionate approach.
**Job Title:** Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL
**Pay Rate:** $19 per hour
**Shift: Varied schedules**
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer emergency calls promptly and gather critical information from callers.
+ Dispatch appropriate emergency services (police, fire, medical) to the scene.
+ Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including monitoring various screens and channels.
+ Maintain accurate records of information and details provided by callers.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bilingual French / English Required
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 6 months of call center experience
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proven ability to remain calm and composed during high-stress situations.
