About the Role: Growing Software client is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Support professional to join our new, dynamic team in Houston. This role is essential in ensuring company’s success as we expand our footprint in the US market.

Responsibilities: Lead attraction: Through LinkedIn, sales navigator, and AI lead generating tools, get involved in conversations and attract potential leads. Lead Management: Follow up on leads and set up appointments for product demonstrations. Phone Management: Handle incoming calls and manage phone inquiries effectively. Support for Demos: Assist in preparing for meetings and demos, with the opportunity to conduct demos as you grow into a more inside sales role. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership who will conduct the initial meetings and demos, to ensure a smooth process and effective communication with potential clients. Requirements: Language Skills: Native English speaker with fluency in Spanish. Experience: Familiarity with selling non-tangible assets, particularly in a B2B environment. Adaptability: Open to evolving responsibilities, including conducting demos in the future. Targeting results-driven individuals who work well in fast-paced and evolving environments. Strong people and communication skills are key to success. Must be self-managed, have strong attention to detail and follow through. Software knowledge in G-Suite and Asset required Location Flexibility: Hybrid model, willing to work from the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days depending on performance.
