Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)Understanding our customers, products, and processes.Answering phones, taking messages, give customers product information and pricing while logging details of all calls.Receiving orders from customers, generating delivery invoices, and submitting deliveries to be scheduled.Getting and giving directions to job sites.Communicating with other VCP employees verbally and in writing about products, projects, and driver availability/status.Greeting people who come into office (Deliveries, Vendors, Customers and assisting them)Support other employees on the team with organizing, efiling, filing, research, document generation, reservations and etc.Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
Successful candidate must have: At least 2 year's office clerical experience.Computer skills including Microsoft Office, with basic/intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.File Management.A strong work ethic and desire to work at a smaller company in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask and manage priorities.Strong customer service skills (especially confidence on the phone).Good attendance required.Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
