Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Remote - Houston-based) **Location:** Remote (Houston-based candidates only) **Company:** Adecco Staffing **Job Type:** Full-time - Temp to Hire **Job Description:** Adecco Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position requires individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in both languages. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients and customers in both English and Spanish + Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions efficiently and professionally + Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions + Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction + Utilize systems and tools to track and resolve issues **Qualifications:** + Bilingual in English and Spanish + Previous customer service experience (preferably in a remote setting) + Strong problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is a plus + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills **Benefits:** + Competitive salary + Weekly Pay **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
