Description We are offering a contract for a Bilingual Customer Success Agent in the machinery and worktools industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Bilingual Customer Success Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, acting as a liaison between the company and its valued partners.
Responsibilities
• Act as a dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.
• Handle a high volume of customer calls daily, providing exceptional customer service.
• Advocate for the customer's needs, ensuring they have minimal effort in their interactions with the company.
• Independently handle customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using self-help tools, ensuring a one-call resolution for customer inquiries.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key support business units to ensure comprehensive customer support.
• Accurately process and maintain customer records, including credit applications.
• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel for efficient data entry and record keeping. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with our diverse customer base.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Proven experience in call center operations, specifically in fast-paced, high volume environments.
• Proficiency in various call center metrics to monitor and improve performance.
• Demonstrable experience in handling inbound calls and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer success stories, indicating a deep understanding of the customer journey.
• Prior experience in a call center is preferred, especially in the machinery/worktools industry.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and typing data entry is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Proven record of handling and resolving customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
• Demonstrable ability to use data entry tools and Microsoft Office Suite to document customer interactions and update records. TalentMatch®
