Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries/requests/quotes
• Provides customer services including handling complaints or general assignment as defined by the department. Act as assistants to the sales staff.
• Communicate with internal and external sources to secure information.
• Data entry of shipments and process FTZ operations.
• Billing for all warehouse customers.
• Join meeting with customers, create meeting materials.
• Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
• Japanese Bilingual Preferred (Writing and Reading)
• Strong teamwork skills .
• Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
• Process improvement
• Organized- ability to deal with multiple tasks and/or projected being handled simultaneously
• Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
