Job Description:

TCSC Technical Representative will be able to:

Answers help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and responds to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are metLogs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentationIdentifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriatelyResolves and/or refers more complex technical problems through a defined escalation processDeveloping follow-up steps in support of IT systems that support vehicle programmingAble to resolve less complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are escalated for resolution

Mandatory requirements

This position is for United States lawful citizens and green card holders, who have proficiency in French as second languageThis position requires bilingual English/French professional proficiency working skills (Canadian French as second language is preferred)High school diploma or G.E.D.Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT technical supportSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations2+ years computer hardware and software experienceAbility to diagnose and repair PC hardware/ networking componentsSubstantial problem solving abilitiesAbility to work and thrive in a team environmentExceptional communications and organizational skillsDedication to excellent attendanceCandidate will be able to work first and second shift as well as occasional Saturday hours

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructureProfessional work experience or training with a focus on IT or automotive systemsCompTIA A+Windows OSMS Office

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D.
