+ Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role is based in Kitchener, ON, and offers a combination of salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The HR Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the HR functions of the RPS branch, particularly for Spanish-speaking Providers.
+ This role involves providing administrative support, managing onboarding and requalification training, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements for RPS and RPE. Additionally, the HR Assistant will support Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) by coordinating their travel, documentation, and overall integration into the workplace.

What You Bring to the Role
+ Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a Business-related discipline OR Relevant Experience
+ Impeccable organizational skills
+ Experience in a role where attention to detail was critical
+ Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to interpret and convey ideas/concepts clearly and concisely (both written and verbal) (Spanish/English)
+ Strong technical skills
+ Comfortable working with others in a cohesive team environment
+ Continuous improvement mindset
+ Valid G Class License and access to a car
