We Are Seeking:
Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a full time Bi- Lingual - Spanish/English, Medical Receptionist to join our fun and talented team. We are looking for someone who is able to cover as needed to all of our locations within the Greater Phoenix area! This would be a great opportunity for someone who is centrally located!

Job Duties:
Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalentOne year of previous medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPreferred experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft, or other medical software Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer serviceFlexibility with hoursAttention to detailTime management skillsOrganization and ability to multi-task
