WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a Dallas,TX based Bilingual Franchise Business Partner in our Latin America & Carribean Market, with a strong business acumen who defines and executes Pizza Hut Operations Strategy across the system. The Franchise Business Partner will support the Markets growth, through a joint business plan focusing on our Winning Recipe (Team, Guest and Operating system), ensuring that the franchise operates efficiently, maintains brand & food safety standards, provides excellent experiences for our Teams & Guests and maximizes profitability.
Lead & engage the franchise operators to execute the strategic initiatives that drive excellence in Team & Guest experiences, sales, and business growth in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Lead the joint business planning process to identifying key business issues affecting franchisee performance, influence decisions, align resources, and take immediate action, monitoring store operations, providing advice, coaching and support to franchisees. Drive Key Performance Indicators with a special focus on Team, Guest & Brand metrics, and communicates franchise best practices. Partner with Development and Marketing to introduce and execute our new asset strategy, providing operational, Team and Guest feedback to continually improve its relevance. For business unit led initiatives, lead the operational sign off process to ensures tests, rollouts, or Guest relevant solutions, developed from different departments are field ready and positively impact our Team & Guest experiences. Whilst ensuring that our Franchise partners do the same for local initatives Define strategy for new processes to ensure a consistent growth in the business. Participate in decision making as it relates to new product development; investment in growth opportunities; and franchise management. Provides timely, clear and informative communication and feedback to Technology Leadership and other teams as necessary, on issues which drive the improvement of the operating units' operations, development and financial health. Lead the planning & execution of the region's capstone operational events, including the PH Championships & Ops college.Required Qualifications
Bilingual – English/Spanish written and spoken required. (Portuguese preferred) You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, and/or 3 years of multi restaurant experience Demonstrate collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to get into the weeds and solve problems independently. Strong organization and prioritization skills and analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of ownership and self-starter.
