You will contribute by:

Training new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation, selection practices, productivity, quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training ExperienceTraining and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards.Coaching new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards.Evaluating performance and providing feedback that addresses training needs and promotes developmentSharing observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and developmentIdentifying training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.Motivating employees toward a higher level of performance and links job responsibilities to current business objectivesOccasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

We’re searching for candidates with:

Bilingual English/Spanish required2-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead is highly desired Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a plusDynamic communicator, comfortable speaking in large groupsOpen scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)The ability to safely & efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hoursDesire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communitiesAbility and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
