Position summary :
Provides customer support for regional and national chain managed healthcare accounts at the unit level by owning customer focused projects that deliver value to improve customer’s operations, account penetration, and protect business. Key customer contact for day-to-day actions requested by customers and as part of implementing business plan action plans.
What you would do :
Develop profitable future sales, including matching new business opportunities with current service capacity, while maximizing Gordon Foodservice's value proposition
Oversees or coordinates the demonstration or presentation of products and discusses applications
Understand key players, applications, requirements and trends in the healthcare and foodservice sectors of the community.
Provide advice and training to facilities in the use of operational and financial tools and solutions
Implement business solutions based on trend data analysis that add value, with a view to capitalizing on new business opportunities
Does this sound like you?
At least 5 years of sales or business experience, including foodservice experience or understanding, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
One to three years' experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Bilingual is required - French & English
This position requires customer interaction using comprehensive communication skills and the ability to express themselves verbally
Must be goal driven, have good organizational and administration skills with strong attention to detail and ability to follow-up in order to self manage and develop discipline
