Description A well-regarded medical company is looking for a Bilingual HR Assistant with fluency in English and Spanish to join its HR team. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with onboarding bilingual employees by ensuring clear communication of company policies and procedures. + Translate HR documents, such as training materials, company policies, and benefit guides, into Spanish as needed. + Act as a liaison for Spanish-speaking employees, addressing inquiries and facilitating problem resolution. + Manage employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks, including recruitment support, attendance tracking, and compliance-related activities. + Support in the organization of bilingual training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs. + Ensure adherence to labor and employment laws while supporting HR initiatives tailored to a diverse workforce. Requirements + Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. + 1–2 years of HR experience in an administrative or assistant role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality. + Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws. + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
