We are looking for a talented **Bilingual** **HR Coordinator** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our Components Business Segment team in **Fletcher, NC.** In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries. + Maintains the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) through regular audits and data entry, including management of employee files. + Coordinates with internal teams to assist with audit requests and may help document investigations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. + Provides comprehensive support for staffing and recruiting, including managing the applicant tracking system, coordinating assessments, conducting reference checks, and organizing new hire orientation activities. + Partners with shared services and corporate HR to administer standard compensation and benefits processes, ensuring effective execution and compliance with organizational policies. + Assists in the administration of HR policies and procedures, checks compliance with legislative requirements, and creates employment contracts as necessitated by local laws or practices. To be successful in this role you will need the following: + Compensation and Benefits Administration - Administers policies following Cummins plan design to ensure accurate and consistent application of Cummins policies in order to make and communicate appropriate compensation and benefits decisions; complies with local legislative and tax requirements to ensure Cummins policies meet governance and legislative requirements. + Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization. + Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets, and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions. + Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. **Education, Licenses, Certifications** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience** + Bilingual language skills (Spanish/English) are required to support the Plant facility. + Experience supporting the new hire documentation, joining formalities, managing on site orientation, on site employee engagement and providing HR support for site. + Significant experience performing checks, audits, documents trends, give first responder incident care, turning in maintenance work order and mitigating hazards. + This position requires analytical skills. + Demonstrate knowledge on excel, basic formulas and commands, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table and presentations on power point that demonstrate good story telling on the data analysis. + Ability to work with confidential information in an internal system, with processes and procedures that need to be followed within the expected time. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
