Bilingual HR Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join one of our clients focused in the Logistics industry. This role will play a crucial part in supporting employee relations and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts.Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details.Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Provide bilingual support to employees, translating documents and communications as needed.Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.

Minimum Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.Experience in payroll processing, preferably using ADP.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
