Bilingual HR Coordinator - Primoris Pipeline

Our Energy recruiting team is in need of a passionate bilingual HR Coordinator to take ownership of our onboarding process for new hires within the Pipeline group. Job Description:

The HR Coordinator provides support and guidance throughout the new employee onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter all necessary information from hire paperwork into UKG. Compose and/or maintain all reports, badge requests, etc., as required. Initiates any testing/training that is required for projects. Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures. Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process and updates appointment arrival status for NHE and NHO. Initiates candidate onboarding and matching them to the proper requisition. Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system. Assist reception desk when necessary. Maintain open communication with co-workers, project supervisors, field personnel, etc. Clarify and resolve problems; coordinate work; maintain working relationships with all.

Qualifications:

HS diploma required. Prior experience working in Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting is preferred. Bilingual written/speaking. Knowledge of: Outlook, Word and Excel are a plus. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems is a plus. Must maintain a professional demeanor. Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently.
