Bilingual Inclusion Support Aide

Brightpoint is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment for all students in our Early Childhood Education centers. The Bilingual Inclusion Aide is responsible for assisting students who have disabilities or special needs with addressing safety, personal care, and other daily needs to ensure effective inclusion in classroom learning and activities. As the Inclusion Aide, you will help to maintain classroom environments that are developmentally appropriate and meet the needs of individual students, assist with executing individualized students plans, and provide Conscious Discipline curriculum support.

Candidate qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Development required. A minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Job details:

Compensation: Range starts at $16.50 per hour; offers are commensurate with experience. Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, three scheduled weeks of paid time off per year (Spring, Summer, Winter), and additional flexible paid leave that accrues based on tenure; 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, 401(k) with match (more benefits details here). Location:  1710 S Loomis St, Chicago, IL 60608. Schedule: Full-time, hourly.  Student Loan Forgiveness: Brightpoint is an approved agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
