Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Full Time - Remote Position) - Montreal, QC.

Primary Purpose

Receive and process client phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada sleep business.

Key Accountabilities:

Educate clients and fit for CPAP Therapy equipmentMeet store sales and margin targets, working with Territory Manager and Customer Service TeamWork with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted in a timely mannerPerform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problemsWork with vendors to educate all staff on CPAP therapy productsAccountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data and ensures ongoing accuracy of customer informationThe successful candidate will help support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties along with helping the team to achieve a targeted sales budget. Collection of payments to ensure customer accounts are current
