What will you do?
Responsible for fulfillment and/or servicing of complex client transactions, as it relates to bankruptcies, consumer proposals and credit counseling services filesApply sound judgment and provide approval, decline or negotiation of bankruptcy, consumer proposal and credit counseling servicesField calls from clients and industry professionalsComplete risk reports and ensure a balance between customer service and business risk mindsetResolve issues related to the specific group, function and processWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
2+ years of collections experienceBilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needsAbility to formulate intricate Risk Assessment Reports when requiredProven negotiation, solution-finding and decision making skillsAbility to take calls from clients, trustees and service partners in a call centre environmentStrong understanding of the balance between customer service and business risk mindsetResults driven, with a demonstrated ability to review, seek solutions and decisionsAbility to work efficiently in a challenging environmentAbility to work shifts within the hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - FridayNice-to-have
Knowledge of CAC's, CASPER, OLBB, OLMS, TS2, Sales Platform, Bankruptcy & Collection HighwaysKnowledge of Bankruptcy, Fraud, Credit Counseling and Consumer ProposalsKnowledge of Personal Products, Loans, Mortgages, Overdrafts and Business ProductsWhat’s in it for you?
