Payrate: $55,000 per year
Full time Position
Shift: Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed per client's request
9:00am-6:00pm


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct management of assigned janitorial operations personnelEnsures proper training for all personnel in their respective positionsCollaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely mannerMaintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where neededImplements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift trainingOther tasks and projects deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by the customer and/or KBS leadership teamDaily local travel required The Site Supervisor may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidaysThe Site Manager will leverage their retail experience to conduct site audits and manage cleaning supplies inventory effectively. They will use their strong communication and email skills to maintain excellent client relations and engage with employees.
