Role Overview:

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating a variety of training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you will leverage your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies to deliver impactful learning solutions in both virtual and in-person environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Development: Create and maintain engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences. Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and adult learning principles. Program Facilitation: Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant. Manage project timelines and resources effectively. Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends to integrate innovative ideas into training programs.

Education & Experience: 

Must be fluent (written & verbal) in both English & French. Due to the nature of this role, bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement. Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design is an asset (or equivalent experience will be considered). 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Experienced in performance management and coaching for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated experience with content development, delivery, maintenance, and learning program stabilization. Experienced in an eLearning technology tools and demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools and innovation. Demonstrated project management experience and evidence of successfully leading training projects. Proven ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required. Hybrid work model
