Bilingual Legal Assistant

Job Information: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Located in Cape May Courthouse NJ | Paying $18/hr.-$23/hr. to start | Excellent benefits package and job security.

Bilingual Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

Support a non-profit union company that provides legal services to clients Conduct initial client assessments, obtain client information, case info and create client profile in computer Cover front desk, meet and greet clients, answer phones, route calls, etc. Create legal documents, enter client information into templates Translate for Spanish speaking clients  Case file management, keep attorneys organized

Bilingual Legal Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED At least one (1) year of professional office/administrative experience, preferably in a legal setting  Must be friendly, outgoing and provide superior customer service to clients Bilingual Spanish / English a must Call or text Lynn at 732 228-8982 for immediate consideration #M1
