Bilingual Mortgage Creditor Sales Support
MPP Sales Support provides comprehensive technology and sales support for the various Manulife Broker Tools platforms. In this role, you will assist Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers, and Lenders to enhance productivity, client relationships, and the quality of MPP/CSP insurance applications. **Position Responsibilities:** + Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels, promptly handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow up through to resolution. + Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs. + Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members. This include responding to inquiries about policies, compensation, sales tips, licensing and product training. + Partner with the Sales team on broker training presentations. + Troubleshoot all issues escalated from either Brokers or Sales and ensure timely communication to Production Support as necessary. + On-going suggestions for process and technology improvements. + Collaborate across the different teams on all business initiatives. + Act as a resource for other Manulife department inquiries. **Required Qualifications:** + Postgraduate education or relevant experience. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. + Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus. + Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. + Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. + Capable of working both independently and within a team. + Ability to effectively work in a customer service environment + Team Oriented but also able to work well independently + Flexible in taking on new tasks and responsibilities to support the sales team **_When you join our team:_** + We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. + We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. + As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see. **About Manulife and John Hancock** Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
