You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you. **Contract Duration:** 12+ Months **Required Skills & Experience** + Technical/associate degree in business administration. + Previous experience in Financial Services/Banking/Onboarding/Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems. + 2 years of experience working in an administrative or business office environment using in-house computer systems. + 1 year of relationship management experience, including internal and external client/stakeholder engagement to demonstrate excellent customer service. + Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging tools) to present data or create reports. + Risk and control knowledge. + Experience in Relationship management - including internal and external clients/stakeholders to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service. **Desired Skills & Experience** + Data analytical skills + Bilingual in Spanish + Sourcing Experience **What You Will Be Doing** + Responsible for processing Statement of Work (SOW) contracts and managing data/invoicing changes related to those SOWs within the Fieldglass system. + Develop relationships with business users (Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR) to onboard contractor roles within the designated BU in NAM. + Perform onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities for the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS). + Maintain system data throughout the non-employee lifecycle. + Investigate data and ensure compliance regarding non-employee management. + Follow documented processes related to non-employee management. + Work as part of a team assisting Senior Stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, escalating as needed. + Manage a high-volume workload of queries through emails, calls, and instant messaging tools. + Deliver process improvements, automation, and quality controls to enhance team excellence. + Audit non-employee onboarding documents for compliance with established procedures. + Address data quality issues as per the Data Quality program. + Build project contracts in vendor management system, ensuring milestone amounts stay within budget. + Review hours allotted for Time & Material resources to ensure they align with budget and records. + Participate in discussions on process improvement and procedure enhancement, offering suggestions for improvement. **You will receive the following benefits:** + Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family + Dental & Orthodontia Benefits + Vision Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA) + Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts + Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance + Hospital Indemnity Insurance + 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options + Paid Sick Time Leave + Legal and Identity Protection Plans + Pre-tax Commuter Benefit + 529 College Saver Plan Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans/Disability/Women.
