Shift: Monday through Friday - 1st Shift

What You'll Do as an Onsite Representative:

Manage all Onin Teammates onsite of the clientEnsure all new Teammates are properly using the timeclockManage the Onin timeclock and complete payrollWalk the production floor to ensure all Teammates are at their designated work stationsConduct status checks when Teammates don't show upRecruiting candidates onsite to fill open positionsCommunicate with the Branch regarding any staffing needs or concernsProvide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates

Previous experience as an Onsite in the Staffing industry is required.

***Candidates MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)***
