Bilingual Operations Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Tuesday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

•Customer Assistance:

•Respond to customer inquiries about Highland Cabinetry products and services.

•Guide customers through the process of becoming a vendor for Highland Cabinetry.

•Facilitate a warm handoff of sales inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives.

•Order Management:•Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.

•Handle warranty claims, back orders, and refunds with attention to detail.•Ensure all order-related documentation is accurately maintained and updated.

•Communication:•Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

•Provide support to sales representatives by managing inbound customer inquiries and processing sales leads.

•Administrative Tasks:

•Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions using QuickBooks.

•Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to sales and customer service activities.
