Bilingual Payroll Lead
Our client in the mining industry is seeking a Payroll Lead to join their team. As a Payroll Lead, you will be part of the Payroll Team supporting North America. **Job Title:** Payroll Lead **Location:** Denver, CO (Hybrid 3 days onsite) **Compensation Range:** $100,000 - $120,000 annually **What's the Job?** + Manage the payroll services teams across the full region/countries including supporting, mentoring, and training. + Manage internal and external payroll escalations. + Manage approvals relating to payroll processing and third-party payments. + Maintain Payroll Governance Framework and supporting processes. + Manage internal and external audit and reporting requirements. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 10 years' experience in payroll operations & leadership or consulting with extensive exposure to payroll transformation case work. + Previous exposure in delivering payroll implementation and transformation programs. + Excellent Understanding of HR/Payroll policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. + Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a diverse and collaborative team in a global company. + Flexible and diverse career paths. + Support for the development of your knowledge and skills. + A safe workplace within a collaborative culture.
