Training period (6-8 weeks) - 8:30 AM-5PM EST

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English

ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill a variety of entry-level roles including, customer service representatives, disability coordinators, and client service coordinators. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative team environment, show motivation and drive in their work ethic, and are customer-oriented, naturally empathic, and solution-focused. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES may include:Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal support to an assigned teamAct as a liaison between customers and team members when necessaryProvide detailed notes on phone calls, and track and code documentation according to standard processesEducate and inform customers about processes, timelines, and status of inquiries via multiple communication channelsResolve issues with one-call/one-person responsesDirect calls to appropriate escalation path as neededTrack trendsInvestigate customer feedbackAssist with developing corrective/preventative actionsPerform administrative tasks
