**Job Title:** Bilingual Pre-Litigation/Litigation Paralegal
**Location: Clifton, NJ (On-SITE)**
**Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal** to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a legal support role, preferably with a background in pre-litigation processes. This position requires fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist attorneys with all aspects of pre-litigation case management, including file organization and document preparation.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent client service.
+ Draft, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
+ Coordinate medical records, billing, and other case-related information.
+ Maintain and update case files in compliance with firm standards.
+ Schedule meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
+ Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing client records.
**Qualifications:**
+ At least **2 years of experience** in a legal assistant or similar role; pre-litigation experience preferred.
+ **Fluency in Spanish** (written and verbal) is required.
+ Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
+ Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
