Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting incoming customers with their product inquiries, processing orders, and upselling additional services or upgrades. This is not a traditional sales position-there are no cold calls, lead generation, or negotiations involved. Instead, you will work closely with existing customers who have already expressed interest in purchasing our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails, providing product knowledge and recommendations.Process customer orders accurately while identifying opportunities to suggest upgrades or additional services.Ask clarifying questions to ensure customers receive the best product options for their needs (e.g., materials, insulation, customizations).Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the company.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and addressing concerns professionally.Collaborate with the team to stay updated on product changes and customer preferences.Meet or exceed performance metrics related to upselling, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) STRONGLY preferred but not required.Experience in a customer service role with a focus on upselling or suggestive selling-inside sales experience is a plus!Strong communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful, clarifying questions.A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Punctuality and excellent attendance are non-negotiable.Thick skin and the ability to handle a variety of customer personalities with confidence and a positive attitude.
