Job DescriptionWe are exclusively hiring per diem/consultant based candidates!
We are currently searching for knowledgeable and experienced bilingual (Spanish) early childhood Professional Development Consultants who are passionate about early childhood education and curating hands-on learning experiences. In this on-call position, you will create and present in-person and/or virtual training sessions for our customers. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of educational best practices and extensive experience with various assessments and curricula. You should also be familiar with early learning educational standards and initiatives, such as the Head Start Program Performance Standards, CLASS, Environment Rating Scales, and QRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have well-known certifications in the early childhood field. Real-world classroom experience is essential. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, adherence to deadlines, and attention to detail are a must. You will be working closely with company executives and a variety of colleagues and customers—from parents and teachers to high-level administrators at the district and state levels. This position requires travel within the United States and residency within 45 minutes of a major international airport.
