What to Expect in the Role:
The team is primarily responsible for customer setups on this organization's internal systems, establishing connectivity (iVPN and MPLS/Ethernet) between customers and the company's network, certification (host authorizations, submissions, product, terminal, etc.). Our main customers are merchants, processors, network issuers and acquirers. The mission of this team is to ensure our business partners can successfully transact with their Network according to the organization's specifications, rules, and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
These individuals are responsible for leading the connectivity efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete transactions on the Network. The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing certification projects (this included supporting network connectivity, facilitating the implementation of customers and solutions in production that enable card acceptance), and representing the team in a professional manner to all customers (internal and external).
Qualifications:
* Ability to lead others.
* Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with various business units.
* Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Possess excellent customer service skills.
* Demonstrate familiarity with the Agile framework.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate technical details to non-technical business partners.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively manage escalations.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the completion of tasks.
* Strong will to win and able to work as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic with a fun and positive attitude.
