Salary Range: $16.07 - $19.7309 Functions as a general support assistant to the Region/program. Primarily job responsibility is reception and phone coverage. Other duties, which may be assigned as needed, include clerical functions. Responsibilities

Functions as a general support assistant to the Region/program. Primarily job responsibility is reception and phone coverage. Other duties, which may be assigned as needed, include clerical functions.
Provide reception and switchboard coverage, direct visitors, answer and direct phone calls, take written phone messages when necessary.
Provide clerical support including handling the interoffice, outgoing and incoming mail and filing.


Requirement: 



High School Diploma
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills. Previous office experience preferred.

Salary Range: $16.07 - $19.7309
