How will you make an impact in this role?

Provide a great colleague experience every day. Obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Responsible for people management, including acquiring talent, developing and retaining colleagues worldwide, and overseeing key programs like compensation, benefits, diversity and colleague and labor relations.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Experience in Mass Hiring, Financial and/or Commercial profiles.

·         Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment.

·         Enact broader GTA recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.

·         Master ops excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan.

·         Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with GTA Manager

·         Work with Hiring Leader to achieve hiring volume and headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, and provide feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions.

·         Update and post jobs, manage requisitions, and disposition candidate.

·         Conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments.

·         Structure new offers, works with compensation team to determine appropriate package and negotiate offer.

·         Partner with employee relations, legal, background check, etc.

·         Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback.

·         Create events and handle colleague referrals.

·         Keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry.

·         Strong English Speaking

Assignment duration of 6-12 months (assignment could end earlier based on business need) Role assigned to provide service to the US.
