3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably with volume recruiting experience.Fluent in business communication (written and verbal) in both German and English.Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent at scale.Strong relationship management skills with hiring teams and business partners.Passionate about your work, consistently delivering high-quality results that set you apart.Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing processes for efficiency.Adaptable and influential engagement style integral to the growth and success of the company.Digitally savvy with experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Partner with key stakeholders (BU & HR) to provide a full 360 recruitment service, addressing real-time needs and pipeline requirements.Identify and engage technical and operational talent across both active and passive talent pools, effectively communicating the Verisk EVP to attract high-quality candidates.Leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring these values are integral to our talent agenda and continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.
