Be a recruiting rockstar! Match ideal candidates with perfect career fits for lasting success.Source top talent mainly in the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).Conduct insightful interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for client needs.Build strong relationships with clients and teammates for mutual success.Onsite supervisors will manage daily workforce operations: oversee employee check-ins, attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, and employee performance to ensure efficient and compliant operations.Ensure all recruiting follows legal and industry standards.Work Experience
You're a Match If You:
Have 1-2 Years of Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced environment like staffing, customer service, or similar. Bonus points for staffing experience or account management with a proven track record!Have Light Industrial Knowledge: Understand the world of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.Are Tech Savvy: Work wonders with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.Are a Communication Master: Clearly communicate with candidates and clients (in-person and over the phone).Are a People Person: Build and maintain positive relationships – it's your superpower!Have Critical Thinking skills: Analyze and problem-solve to address staffing challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.Are Adaptable: Embrace changing market conditions and client needs with a smile.Are Bilingual: Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally in both English and other languages is a plus!Benefits
