Bilingual Recruiting Administrator
We are looking for a **Bilingual Recruiting Administrator** fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in **Springfield, TN** . This is an on-site position – remote or hybrid work is not available. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. **Pay rate:** $20.00 per hour **Location** : Springfield, TN **Duration:** Temp to Hire **Key Responsibilities:** + Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process. + Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing documentation. + Perform swab drug screens and assist in completing I-9 federal forms. + Collaborate closely with Recruiters, and other departments to execute the onboarding process efficiently. + Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and address any challenges they may encounter during their transition. + Should be able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing situations, as the office may be busy with candidates. + Flexible to work on side projects, such as: Assisting with Talent Acquisition duties for other locations or Helping with various recruiting projects. **Qualifications:** + A high school diploma is required. + Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, able to interact well with people at all levels. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; (especially Excel) + Knowledge of Bullhorn software is a plus. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
