The Bilingual Ride Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Uber rides for clients seeking transportation support. Essential Functions: * The Bilingual Ride Coordinator responds to incoming requests for transportation support and schedules Uber rides for clients across the southern region of New Jersey. * Troubleshoots scheduling issues and assists with quality assurance. * Provides daily monitoring of the registration portal and registers new members in the Uber Health platform. * Assists the Program Coordinator with data collection and reporting. Requirements + High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred + 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support + 1 year experience working with vulnerable maternal and child health populations preferred + Ability to develop rapport with clients from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds + Basic computer skills necessary + Bilingual English/Spanish preferred + Valid driver’s license, car, and current insurance policy Physical Requirements: + Must be able to see to read documents and hear well enough to communicate with others + Must be able to write, type on a computer, and use a telephone + Must be able to operate a motor vehicle + Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds + Additional requirements to be determined with input from Director and HR Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
