Participates in the orientation of agency staff and caregivers. Assists with the management of the electronic visit verification process. Processes the payroll and billing of client services weekly. Assists in the maintenance of client and employee records including data entry as assigned. Participates in the organization’s performance improvement and compliance programs. Participates in the after hours on call rotation as assigned. All other duties assigned. Education and Experience High school education or equivalent required. Must be Bilingual. Skill Requirements: Scheduling and data entry experience preferred. Ability to coordinate many activities at one time. Strong customer service skills.
