Bilingual Scheduling / Staffing Coordinator
Summary We are hiring a full-time Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for both our Waterbury & Bridgeport offices! Bilingual (Spanish/English) needed. In this role, you'll split your time between both our Waterbury and Bridgeport offices, so reliable transportation is a must. Apply today! Responsibilities Assists DON and Office Manager with routine clerical/office and computer related skills to include but limited to filing, shredding and data entry. Checks email at minimum of every morning and afternoon. Checks boards daily and verify patient's status. Breakdown and appropriately file discharge charts. Make-up patient Admit/ROC/Recert packets at least monthly. Pulls, reviews and follows up on Misys reports of orders recert and unverified visits. Answers telephone calls, records messages and delivers messages. Delivers outgoing mail to Post Office when needed and pickup incoming mail and disperses. Copies patient records, policy manual and other pertinent documents and dispenses copies as appropriate. Checks facsimiles and routes facsimiles within the department. Maintains adequate fax cover sheets. Proficient with data entry in medical system Education and Experience Education & Experience High school education or equivalent required. Skill Requirements Scheduling and data entry experience preferred. Ability to coordinate many activities at one time. Strong customer service skills.
