Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
+ 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
+ Experience in organic and paid, with advanced knowledge of paid in primary social platforms in English and/or Spanish.
Summary:
This position supports UCHealth's social media presence and strategy (paid and organic) through content creation, community management and engagement and reporting. Key duties include creating bilingual content (English and Spanish), monitoring social media analytics, managing community engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Daily Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Plan and schedule social media content in Spanish and English to support social media strategy for UCHealth channels, including but not limited to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Ensure all social media posts are in our brand voice.
+ Actively engage with followers in Spanish and English, respond to comments and messages promptly, address customer concerns and foster positive brand interactions.
+ Collaborate with translation and content teams to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translation of marketing materials for social media platforms.
+ Conceptualize strategic and creative campaigns and assist in the development of content to support campaigns.
+ Schedule posts based on priority level, timeliness and other determining factors.
+ Support management of paid advertising campaigns as needed.
+ Produce and execute planned and unplanned content around events as they happen.
+ Ability to work outside regular business hours when needed to support the team's efforts effectively.
+ Help track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics for both paid and organic posts.
+ Monitor and track competitors, including analysis of content and campaigns.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English language.
+ Demonstrated experience developing effective, measurable social media plans.
+ Polished, concise and engaging writing style with the ability to adapt to brand tone.
+ Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
+ Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to multi-task, prioritize and structure workload.
+ Independent worker and proven to work well in a team environment.
+ Recognizes that relationships are critical to success, consistently adds value, improves strategies and delivers guidance to all levels and teams.
+ Must be able to quickly plan, create and schedule/publish social content.
+ Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
+ Up-to-date with the latest predictions, trends and best practices in social and digital marketing (content trends, social media platform updates, etc.).
+ Ideal candidate has experience with various social media publishing, reporting platforms and industry-standard tools.
