Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Data Entry Clerk in Delray Beach, Florida. As part of our team, you will be primarily focused on data entry tasks, particularly in the preparation and completion of documents related to vehicle title and registration applications. Responsibilities: • Prepare and complete necessary documents for applications. • Accurately calculate fees due, ensuring no monetary transactions are handled. • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Maintain detailed records of customer credit. • Deliver effective and efficient results, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment. • Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their applications. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with the ability to read, write and translate accurately. • Proven experience in data entry or similar role. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Competent in relevant computing applications such as Office Suite, especially Excel. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to data entry. • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and adhere to data standards and guidelines.
