Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English-Customer Service-Worksite Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is within the insurance industry and will involve addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing detailed policy information, and supporting policyholders with insurance product knowledge. Responsibilities: • Address customer service inquiries and concerns in a detail oriented and amicable manner • Support policyholders by providing detailed information about policies statuses and insurance product information • Respond to policyholder inquiries regarding claim service and intake related issues • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues • Contribute to APV revenue by sending transfers to the sales team • Handle claim intake for policyholders • Maintain quality, handle time, auxiliary time after call work, and other KPIs in line with departmental standards • Provide feedback to leadership, support process improvements, and understand organizational objectives • Participate in partnership training and mentor entry level representatives • Perform other duties as assigned • Uphold the organization's tenants: Personal Connection, Empathy, Problem-Solving, and Ownership. Requirements • Proficiency in both Spanish and English language for effective communication • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse clients • Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving revenue targets • Ability to conduct training sessions on procedures and policies • Familiarity with planning processes and quality assurance in the insurance sector • Experience in supervising teams and demonstrating leadership skills • Understanding of hiring processes and ability to execute them effectively • Capability to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvement • Knowledge of revenue accounting and claim administration • Ability to adhere to established practices and policies • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Skill to collaborate with team members and other departments • Experience with KPI reporting and ability to use it for performance tracking • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
