Provides advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocuments Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

Spanish Speaking PreferredShould work well in a team environmentCurrent New York State RN LicenseAdult Day Care Experience PreferredSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsShould be friendly and a team worker

Rates: $42.57-$42.97
