Bilingual (Spanish) Fraud Analyst

We’ve built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** The Fraud Analyst position is on the Risk, Audit & Compliance team. The team is responsible for providing guidance to the Indirect Sales Channel, including local retailers and national sales partners, in complying with applicable business rules. This individual will be responsible for working on both compliance and Risk & Audit items. Must speak and write in fluent Spanish. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct daily and yearly audits of our indirect retailers and have conversations with retailers regarding the audit; ensure all audits are completed in a timely manner + Create termination packets, request approvals, notify the business/distributors, and inform the retailer of the termination + Review escalated customer complaints + Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Legal in defining and completing projects and initiatives + Recommend and implement policies to streamline existing processes and improve customer satisfaction + Prepare and deliver the required training to facilitate changes in policies and procedures + Address higher-level inquiries requiring enhanced knowledge of departmental systems and company policies + Determine work procedures and expedite workflow + Study and standardize procedures to improve team efficiency + Other duties as required; this list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position + If needed, assist with annual in-person audits of telemarketing safe harbor demonstration requirements with Primary Retailers (up to 5% travel required) **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Skills and Qualifications:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete all tasks, meeting deadlines and target completion dates + Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace + Ability to create, maintain, analyze, and publish data + Ability to read and interpret documents such as business rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence + Ability to speak and present effectively before groups of customers, employees, and retailers + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions + Spanish fluency preferred + Functional knowledge of SQL a plus + Experience in the insurance, compliance or risk and audit industry a plus **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
