This position is for Full-Time scheduled within store hours:
Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pmSaturday: 8am – 12pmSunday: Closed*This position requires heavy lifting, a valid driver's license, and interacting with customers.
As a store sales associate, you will be the reason our retail and contractor customers return to the store. Customers will be excited to see your friendly face because of the excellent customer service you provide and the important relationships you develop with our regular and new customers every day! He will assist customers with all paint-related needs, including placing orders, product and color questions, and recommending additional products to make their job easier.
Main Responsibilities
Receive and assess the needs of wholesale and retail customers as they enter the store offering solutions.Mix, stain and match the paint according to the customer's request.Move, load, and unload products securely for storage, delivery, and order processing.Make sure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.Process orders and payment requests received in person, by phone, online, and/or email.You will use the POS system to receive payments and withdraw money from customers.You can be trained to make local deliveries using the company vehicle.Report to the Store Manager.Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years of age.Strong written and verbal English skills; fluency in Spanish.You must have a valid driver's license in the current state of residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.Customer service skills with a team-oriented approach and a stable work history.Available to work flexible business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.Text "PPG" to 412-968-8670 to apply for this position via text!
