About the Job

The Bilingual Support Specialist is essential for maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the organization, directly impacting our operational efficiency and success. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to various departments and supports/assists translation services. This role may assist in process support of one or more of the following areas: Operations (data management, facilitating cross functional communication), HR (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compliance), Safety (safety protocols and training materials, ensuring compliance), Fleet (managing vehicle records, coordinating maintenance schedules), and Finance (setting up customer accounts, managing financial records). 

What You Will Be Doing

Offers comprehensive administrative support to various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Provides language support as needed. (Translates documents, emails, and other communications accurately and efficiently). Collaborates with various departments to understand and address their administrative needs. Analyzes and troubleshoots issues to ensure quick resolution and minimal downtime. Supports the validation of new (and reactivated) customer set-up in Oracle within a 24-48-hour business window.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or a related discipline. A combination of relevant work experience and education may be considered. 3+ of experience in business operations or a similar role. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of support requests.
