Job Description

Onin Staffing is currently seeking an Experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team! A Staffing Recruiter is capable of service fulfillment for clients and temporary associates at the local level. This includes recruiting, interviewing proficiency, day to day customer service and issue resolution, ability to process payroll accurately, processing new-hires in a manner that is compliant with Onin’s policy and with the law and counsel temporary associates on job related matters. Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board and train new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesAbility to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office.Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and job opportunities

Work Experience
Bilingual in English/SpanishExcellent computer skillsPrevious experience in recruiting, or other related fieldsDemonstrated history of going above and beyond to meet the needs of customersAbility to build rapport with all employees and clientsStrong organizational skillsSolid understanding of employment law as it relates to interactions with our teammates, clients and coworkersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervisionAbility to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accuratelyPhone Etiquette
